United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Assistant Manager - Business Continuity Planning at Karachi.
The job responsibilities of Assistant Manager - Business Continuity Planning at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to organize & manage critical business functions to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements. Conduct simulation exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating BCP Documents.
• Facilitate critical units to update their BIAs / BRPs document on an annual basis.
• Arrange and facilitate the BCP simulation exercises of all critical units.
• Coordination with IT, Branches and other stake holders for DR activities.
• Update the BCP documents periodically in consultation with relevant departments.
• Assists Head BCP for the delivery of BCP related presentations and follow-up of the relevant action items.
• Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors for necessary updates and queries on BCP matters.
• Arrange / conduct various BCP related training sessions.
• Coordinate with Branches and Departments in case of any disruptive events.
• Coordinate with Security Department for evacuation drills.
• Provide assistance in handling of any other tasks assigned by Head BCP.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from HEC recognized university 3 to 4 years' experience in BCP or other relevant field
Experience:
• 3 - 4 Year
