The job responsibilities of Quality Assurance & Training Officer at The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus, Karachi are:
The QA Officer – Clinical Laboratory ensures laboratory processes meet quality control standards by monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality management system (QMS). They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and best practices, work with staff to identify improvement areas, conduct audits, and maintain QA documentation.• QMS Management: Oversee the lab’s quality system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and CAP accreditation standards.
• Audits: Conduct internal audits, identify issues, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, federal, and CAP regulations; prepare for inspections.
• Quality Control: Monitor lab processes, equipment, and performance metrics for compliance.
• Training: Provide training to staff on QA protocols, SOPs, and CAP standards.
• Documentation: Maintain records of audits, corrective actions, and quality assurance activities.
• Incident Management: Address errors or non-conformances and implement corrective measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process and quality improvements within the lab.

Qualification:

• BS MLT, Preferred Masters in Science or a related field.

Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience
