Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Project Manager-(Islamabad). at Operations department.
The job responsibilities of Project Manager-(Islamabad). at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Develop & submit the annual work plan in line with the overall proposal.
• Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities as per the approved work-plan.
• Oversee the activities based on the plan and ensure their timely and effective execution as per grant and donor requirements.
• Provide appropriate feedback on field activities and take corrective actions as per IHHN management and donor guidelines
• Conduct monitoring filed visits and provide on job training/mentoring of filed staff
• Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
• Ensure capacity development of SRs and SIDs on need basis.
• Coordinate with relevant departments of the provincial and district government for effective and efficient implementation of program activities.
• Liaise with the Health department at provincial and district level for conducting activities.
• Keep updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
• Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
• Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
• Ensure proper documentation of all program activities.
• Help in developing reports for further submission to donor.
• Critically review and analyze the ongoing activities and on the basis of lessons learned and experience sharing, plan and design activities for inclusion in work plan of subsequent year.
Any other task as assigned by the senior management.

Qualification:
• Master’s in Public Health/ Social Sciences
Experience:
• • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with good writing skills. • Managerial experience will be preferred. • Experience, knowledge and report writing skills for public health programs • Experience in writing the proposals and donor reports • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically. • Experience managing a team, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Fluency in writte
