Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Field Supervisor (Shadi Large) at Family Medicine & Community Health department.The job responsibilities of Field Supervisor (Shadi Large) at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
Responsibilities at Facility· Ensure all IHN protocols are being followed by personnel at clinic· Monitoring and management of the HWs· Provide regular feedback of site activities to the program/operational team· Ensure Daily/Weekly/monthly compilation of data for the clinic is sent to RA· Liaise with staff, doctors and the community to ensure that all activities are taking place at the Primary Care Centers· Maintaince of all supplies and forms for clinicResponsibilities in the Field· Manage and oversee the work flow of the Health Workers· Conduct periodic field visits for M&E purposes.Note: “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. All potential candidates will be subjected to rigorous background checks and controls.”
Qualification:
• Bachelors (Masters preferable)
