Description:

A Progressive Public Sector Organization invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts for the ISLAMABAD & KARACHI regions.

Test / Interview Station: Karachi

Qualification:

• MBA / BBA (04 years) / MPA / MAS /MSc / MA HRM / MS or equivalent Post Graduation (04 years degree course after intermediate) in the relevant field with 1st Div.

Experience:
• Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.

• Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Division in the Final Degree, only one 2nd Division (with not less than 50% marks) in entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility. However, no 3rd Division is allowed in the entire academic career.
• First Class / Division for a degree means CGPA 2.5/4.0 for the semester system or a minimum of 60% marks for the annual system of examination.
• Required Degrees must be obtained from HEC/PEC/PMDC recognized universities/institutions. For O-Level / A-Level, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), and for a Foreign Degree equivalence certificate issued by HEC showing division/percentage/ CGPA must be provided.
• Required degrees must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.
• Each candidate is allowed to apply for one station only.
• Employment will be offered against the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) Scheme as per the Government. Policy issued from time to time.
• The age limit is 18 to 35 years as on 06 July 2025
• Those in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body service should bring NOC at the time of interview.
• Please note that fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applicants meet the selection criteria, only the most qualified/ experienced would be shortlisted.
