Job Responsibilities
• Liaison and effective coordination with Commercial Auditors (DGCA), Internal Auditors and other external organizations/bodies for audit related matters and assignments.
• Supervision of Pre-Audit of Payments made during the period.
• Assisted Executive Management on matters related to various forums and meetings i.e. Special Departmental Accounts Committee (SDAC), Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
• Preparation of working papers for PAC, SDAC and DAC meetings.
• Drafting of different summaries/ notes for Executive Management for issuance to Government Departments.
• Drafting of Agenda items and minutes of Audit & Risk Management Committee Meeting.
• Liaison with Internal Directorates for circularization of various audit reports and obtaining management comments thereon.
• Communication with all Directorates for latest updates, developments and updated replies on audit objections Observations.
• Arranged meetings of Management and Internal Directorates with audit parties.
• Official correspondence with different Govt, functionaries for execution of inquiries and related matters.
• Verification of working papers/ audit observations before presentation in PAC, SDAC & DAC.
• Presentation, discussion and Verification on Audit and Inspection Report.
• Any other duty / assignment assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

• Masters/Bachelors (Hons) in Accounting, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, Accountancy
• 8 years minimum experience
