Description:

Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Health Worker - Karachi Based at Community Engagement Center (CEC) department.

The job responsibilities of Health Worker - Karachi Based at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
Counseling parents using the parent information brochure Screen babies according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria Enrolment of babies and make reminder calls on the day of circumcision Taking informed consent from parents/guardians Data entry on forms and on google sheets Provide counseling to parents about post procedure care Check baby’s diaper 15 minutes after the procedure Follow up call to check the baby’s well being on Day 1, Day 7 and Day 10
• Managing the helpline from 9 am to 5 pm. Maintaining the stock of consumables and circumcision sets in the clinic Keeping a record of the number of baby boys born, mothers counseled and those who missed the appointments. Ensuring that the clinic is clean and running smoothly. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:

• Intermediate

Experience:
• Familiar with the use of computers, Experience in data entry, Good counseling and communication skills & Potential to be trained
