District Headquarter Hospital, Badin has announced job vacancy of Senior Helpdesk Officer at Information Technology department.
The job responsibilities of Senior Helpdesk Officer at District Headquarter Hospital, Badin are:
• Point of contact to the end user for:
• Handle end user calls and solve problems hardware/software related remotely
• Software installation remotely
• Schedule and conduct HMIS Training of New Hiring.
• User ID creation of HMIS and Windows.
• Email creation.
• Rights assignment.
• Error correction in the stored data.
• Resolve all ERP software complaints.
• Correct human or system errors raised by different departments.
• Received all requested requisition form for all types
• Manage record of resigned/left employees.
• Manage record of newly generated email id’s.
Qualification:
• BCS/BE/BS Degree in Computer Science
Experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
