Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring daily branch operations to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant currency exchange services
• Supervising currency exchange transactions in line with regulatory and internal policies
• Coordinating with Regional and Head Office for seamless business operations and achieving assigned targets
• Maintaining accuracy in currency counting, verification, and auditing while optimizing stock levels based on demand analysis
• Guiding and supporting branch staff to foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Handling escalated customer issues professionally and ensuring timely resolution
• Reviewing branch activities regularly to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
• Maintaining comprehensive records and submitting operational reports to senior management
• Performing any other task/assignment assigned by the line manager

Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange rates, global financial markets, and currency regulations.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining the financial security of the branch.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling currency.

Qualification:

Minimum Intermediate / Graduate from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
A qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 2 year working experience of foreign currency dealing
