Description:
Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of HR & Admin Officer (Karachi Based) at HPV Campaign department.
The job responsibilities of HR & Admin Officer (Karachi Based) at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copies) in compliance with legal requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
• Track attendance, leave records, and maintain HR databases.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
• Oversee office management and day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.
• Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience
