A: The Job Responsibilities of Deputy Manager at The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus, Karachi are:
​Review the effectiveness of the internal control system and ensure its compliance, as defined by the TIH/GHD manuals. •       Monitor the operational activities of GHD projects based in Islamabad & Peshawar and report back the observations to Manager Internal Audit — GHD. Carry out pre audit of all the vouchers emanating from Islamabad, Peshawar & Quetta offices under GHD project and report back shortcomings to Manager IA.Carry out spot checks on the financial and program reports submitted by the SRS. Visit offices in Peshawar & Quetta, as and when authorized by the supervisor.Prepare reports on the audit of the operational activities of different departments as assigned by the Supervisor.  Analyze the policies implemented in GHD and report back the shortcomings.Carry out regular follow-up with various departments within GHD to update implementation status of prior audit reports from time to time.Disseminate knowledge among the Internal Audit Department colleagues by making presentations, conducting workshops, giving briefings, and advising as and when needed.Develop and maintain contacts with departments on ongoing basis by meeting people, to enhance relationship and trust.Assist supervisor in achieving the department's goals and objectives as per his directions on an ongoing basis.Carry out any other assignments as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.Managing all technical systems to guarantee functionality.Planning and scheduling repairs.Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up tostandard.Performing general maintenance tasks including painting.A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, andevenings.Effective problem-solving abilities.Note:  “Indus Hospital & Health Network is an employer that does not tolerate Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
