Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Program Coordinator - PMU at Community Health Directorate department.
The job responsibilities of Program Coordinator - PMU at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Act as an interface between PMU/IHHN and MHU staff. · Leading all administrative activities as directed by IHHN higher management. · Maintaining duly signed daily audit sheets and complaint registers. · Prepare & submit following document on regular basis: o Monthly deployment plans (Coordination with CEO/DHO health) o Attendance sheets · Record requests and feedback from the client · Maintain log of all equipment and utilities' allocation and utilization, · Coordinate any kind of shifting/relocations of Mobile Health Units and the same shall also be reported. · Responsible for the turnout/grooming of the entire facility staff. · Decide on the work and staff deployment on a daily basis. · Ensuring presence of the staff at their respective stations and the completion/compliance of the various duties assigned to them. · Help induce a sense of responsibility, discipline and hygiene in all employees. · Ensure submission of the required reporting forms/entries on daily basis. · Communicating all reports, equipment functionality status, HR issues, donor responses, or any notable thing regarding MHU activities. · Review (completion & accuracy) & Sign the OPD, lab and medicine stock reports · Facilitate monitoring visits by govt or IHHN monitors · Any other task assigned by supervisor
Qualification:
• Master Degree
