In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following positions in the area Of Risk Management based at Karachi.

• Reporting to Divisional Head — Collection & Recovery

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
• To coordinate with Head of Collection Strategy and Operation in formulation and implementation of collection policies & procedures
• To set and manage delinquency, roll rates and collection efforts to achieve desired target
• To conduct weekly huddle with the team on collection and recovery performance
• To handle collection complaint in an efficient manner and ensure Collection Officers follow the Bank's calling script
• To conduct trainings for collectors and supervisor on a regular basis
• To set collection and recovery targets for both in-house outsourced collection resources as well as external agency
• To coordinate with external agency on a regular basis to ensure given targets are met without fail
• To ensure achievement of department's daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives
• To update Divisional Head - Collections & Recovery on collectors' performance and highlight non-performers for their training and improvement
• To handle internal and extemal audit and ensure audit findings (if any) are timely closed
• To coordinate with IT and other stakeholders in case of any issue related to collection system
• To ensure logistic support is available all the time for smooth functioning of the department
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Assessment Interview(s)
• Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s)

Employment Type
• The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
• Candidate having masters degree and / or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience
• Minimum 08 years of banking experience, out of which 03 years in the area of collection & recovery, collection strategy & collection operations
• Candidate having experience of working in large scale / public sector organization(s) will be preferred

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
• Good knowledge of banking products
• Excellent time and people management skills
• Be able to effectively handle large collection teams and delinquent customers
• Ability to analyze numbers & MIS
• Sound knowledge of repossession of assets and associated legal processes

Employment Type:
