The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• To conduct financial analysis of existing and prospective clients by reviewing financial statement including balance sheet, cash flow statements and auditor's reports
• Analyse financial health and operational aspect of the obligor
• Comprehend Credit Policy and SBP Regulations
• Carry out need-gap analysis, collating the required information and presenting complete information along with view on credit to the Risk Manager/Senior Risk Manager.
• Monitor covenants and other credit related matters.
• Provide guidance to business on credit related issues to ensure quality of credit proposals.
• Ensuring perfection of papers/summaries for information review of BRCCIBOD.
• Respond on quarries of business field pertaining to credit policy and regularity guidelines.
• To assess BCAs, seeking clarifications from business and recommending credit limits for review.
• To maintain a persistent follow-up with the RMs/SRMs for regulation of overdue accounts.
• To keep track and follow-up for early regularization of deferrals and other credit maintenance items.
• Follow-up business unit on NPL accounts and remedial management. Monitor portfolio through MIS/Overdue and PMC.
• Conduct BRRlPRC meetings along with relevant departments. Strong communication skills and strong grip on the different products/credit facilities offered by the bank.
• Partial clearance on any external exams/certifications as required by the Bank from time to time.

Job Location: Karachi

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Master's in Commerce/Banking and Finance from HEC recognized university.

Minimum Experience:
• 0 to 1 year - Have sound concepts and relevant experience in various facets of banking field, particularly relationship management, trade finance and credit initiation.
