Description:

• Prepare the appropriate templates for the budget exercise
• Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process
• Analyse actual results to budgets and forecasts/GL comparisons
• Report monthly headcount
• Ensure end-to-end timely execution of annual appraisal for permanent and outsourced staff
• Collect data to respond to audit-related queries (internal and external audits)
• Conduct and implement job evaluation that adequately provides for professional development and support of practitioners
• Assist team in Human Capital Management related issues
• Ensure timely input of all salary change forms and allowances for payroll

• Job Type Permanent
• Job Location: Karachi
• Minimum Education: Bachelor
• Minimum Experience: 4- 5 Years

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field from any HEC recognized University
• 4+ years’ experience in Rewards and Benefits
• Candidates with experience in the Banking industry would be preferred
