Description:

• Drive end to end demand planning for the inventory as per requirements and inventory storage capabilities of the business.
• Analyzing and anticipating stock demands based on current and future business functions.
• Integrate customer inputs and insights from inventory data to the demand forecast.
• Build a consensus driven demand forecast with inventory management teams ensuring full volume and value alignment.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of all components of the demand forecast like historical data, consumption and trend projections.
• Interpret the key trends impacting inventory management performance.
• Own and improve inventory forecast accuracy, forecast bias and forecast completeness KPI's.
• Manage internal measurement and reporting of demand planning KPI's to drive improvement initiatives.
• Proactively manage activities to clear dead and slow-moving stocks with inventory management teams.
• Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory need
• Complete full root cause analyses and build mitigation plans for key issues related to demand planning.
• Working effectively with peers and managers in the supply chain management of the organization.

Qualification:

• Master degree in Supply Chain Management (Preferred)

• Experience: 6-7 years of working experience in Supply chain demand planning preferred in hospital.
