Description:

• Implement the business strategy & achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets in terms of revenue generation, asset book building, trade through-put and cross-selling the Bank's product suite
• Assist relationship manager in preparation of product program and implementation of digital financing solution
• Market to new clients
• Maintain existing credit portfolio and deepening of business
• Prepare credit proposals, call reports, client term sheets, memos and presentations
• Ensure the perfection of financing collateral and related CAD documents
• Maintain Bank's internal control standards in terms of regulatory & Shariah compliance and ensure timely resolution of any audit / shariah observations
• Visits clients and explore business opportunities and minimization of Bank risk
• Coordinate across various departments of the Bank to ensure timely execution of client's day-to-day transactions

Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and execution under stressed timelines
• Ability to interpret financial statements
• Credit Knowledge

Department:
• Commercial & SME

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA /BSc - Accounting & Finance) from an HEC recognized institute/university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Candidates having ACCA qualification (all papers cleared) may also apply
• Having cleared Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit, CFA Level 1 or above, FRM, AAOIFI Certificate will be considered an added advantage

Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
