Description:

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate monthly company performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct quarterly divisional performance reviews against established scorecards, highlighting key achievements and areas needing attention.
• Evaluate transformation initiatives and provide in-depth analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for implementing new initiatives and capitalizing on existing opportunities.
• Maximize utilization of existing assets through careful analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure the smooth execution of departmental transformation initiatives.
• Prepare engaging presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop analytical and quantitative models to enhance business efficiency and guide strategic decisions.

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

• CA / ACCA (CFA would be plus).
• Ability to create unique solutions to manage, collect and synthesize data.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from complex data
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all analyses and reports.
• Project management skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution
• Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial analysis, corporate planning, investment banking or related roles
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate planning.

Age:
• Should not exceed 35 years.
