Description:

Responsibilities:
• Delivery Core Business- White Oil Pipeline: Lead the active management of Throughput Agreement, ensuring alignment with the overall PAPCO business plan for Best-in-Class delivery.
• Develop and execute agile tactical plans for WOP operations, adapting to changing marketing dynamics, supply/demand outlooks, and external marketing influences.
• Utilize excellent people and negotiation skills to develop differentiated and achievable solutions, leveraging active listening and influencing skills. Manage active customer relationships, especially for key accounts, utilizing customer business profiling and key account management processes.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and evaluate energy marketing and price trends, keeping an eye on changes in the Policy and Regulatory landscape. Analyze industry trends related to energy demand/supply outlook, price trends, and financial outlooks for imports and port operations to assess their impact on WOP business.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent PAPCO at industry forums, meetings with Ministries, Regulators, Oil Marketing Companies, OCAC, and other stakeholders to promote PAPCO's interests and contribute to industry dialogue.
• Commercial Agreements: Structure, draft, negotiate, and finalize various commercial agreements, including throughput agreements, NDAs, and more, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, and Pipeline Operations.
• Provide commercial insights into core and diverse business opportunities, working in collaboration with Investments & Corporate Planning for investment decision-making.
• HSSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with PARCO HSSE policies and objectives, actively contributing to the realization of the HSSE vision through management walkarounds and reviews.
• Collaboration/ Technical Support Project Development: Develop and deliver Commercial & Tariff strategies for ongoing and potential projects, including seeking tariff approvals, OGRA licenses, and NOCs.

Location: Karachi

Qualification:

• A Masters in Applied science/ Economics/ MBA/ preferably with a Bachelor’s in Engineering background.
• Knowledge about local regional and Global Oil/Gas/Energy markets with understanding of Oil/Energy Market structure, regulatory landscape and industry standards and trends.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with focus on negotiation skills and stakeholder management.

Experience:
• 15-20 years of overall experience in Oil/ Energy sector with 10+ years in leadership roles of Commercial/ Logistics / Business development
• Should have first-hand exposure to market research, feasibility studies, business development, project financing and financial modelling.

Age:
• Should not exceed 35 years.
