Description:

As a Senior Test Automation Developer, you bring a passion for continuous learning and will apply newly acquired skills to your daily work. What You’ll Do
• Develop a Test Automation framework for Desktop and Web applications.
• Write and maintain test cases using test automation tools
• Manage test suites in source code management tools
• Analyze user stories /use cases/requirements to identify potential automated test cases
• Work collaboratively with other squad members including product owner, BA, development team members, users to understand the domain and ensure automation is adding value
• Create or help create test environments
• Automate and instrument development and testing workflows leverage state-of-the-art tooling to identify hot-spots and problem areas within our codebases
• Reporting of test automation scripts
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Implement automation and behavior-driven development practices
• Provide Build promotion, CI/CD management, and package verification
• Investigate problems in software as a result of testing
• Working with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions

Qualification:

• Experience of 3-5 years in CS
• Ability to manage and supervise team members
• Strong software development skills: you are a developer first and foremost. Experience in C# .Net is highly preferred
• Bachelor of Engineering (or higher) in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in Responsive desktop and Web Application testing
• Conducting development of test plans, test procedures, and test cases
• Expertise in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming
• Experience in software test automation process.
• Expertise in the development of scripts, testing, and debugging skills
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
• Experience in CI/CD tool – DevOps using test automation frameworks
• Highly attentive to detail, and with an explorer’s mindset
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams on defining and implementing end-to-end test cases, sprint planning and estimation, and execution of roadmap initiatives
• Can-do attitude and should be a good team player
