Description:

• Design and develop e-learning and in-person course curriculum for all call center functions.
• Provide training and instructions to customer service officers to ensure the successful performance of job duties.
• Provide feedback to managers on the performance of staff members.
• Maintain a training program schedule and calendar for all call centers.
• Research new training supplies and materials to enhance the Call Center training procedures.

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (fluent in Urdu & English)
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets and schedules
• Excellent leadership, team-building and management skill with the ability to mentor and lead
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms

Location:
• Multan

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors from a reputable university
• Preference will be given to those who have qualification in Islamic Finance.

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
