Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented full-stack Team Lead for our High Code Development Team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our dev team and designing and implementing innovative user interfaces & experiences for web & mobile applications.

Responsibilities:
• Guide software development team through coaching sessions or mentorship.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a high understanding of available technical solutions and contribute to team success at the code level.
• Collaborates with Development Project Managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately.
• Able to effectively provide reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
• Able to provide regular project status updates to address any project requirements, issues, or changes.
• Manage teams to maintain a high quality for software products by establishing good habits and practices.
• Evaluate a variety of software products, provides peer review and solutions to related code.
• Adhere to a set standard of development principles and deliver timely and on-budget solutions.
• Define phases in the product life cycle that includes activities and milestones.
• Create a documentation process such as the project event and risk log or any other reporting needed.
• Participate in project review meetings to provide updates on progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment for the seamless implementation of current, including new systems.
• Take responsibility in making strategic decisions that will help ensure the implementation of initiatives.

Qualification:

Experience: The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the following tech stacks:
• .NET (C#)
• React JS
• React Native (good to have)
• Node JS / Express
• Mongo DB / SQL Server / Cosmos DB

• Must have strong experience in .NET. Azure cloud technologies, and SQL server databases.
• Strong JavaScript and ES6+ knowledge: understanding of JavaScript and its latest features, along with experience in modern frontend tools and libraries.
• Responsive Design: Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar, and the ability to architect and implement effective state management solutions.
• Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and other web technologies to create engaging and visually appealing UIs.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experience in addressing cross-browser compatibility issues and implementing solutions for a wide range of browsers.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for collaborative development and code version management.
• Problem-solving and Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively within the team.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
