Description:

• Responsible to perform all requested Ultrasound examinations as ordered by the attending physician
• Responsible to prepares preliminary reports and contacts referring physicians when required, according to established procedures.
• Responsible to coordinates with other staff to assure appropriate patient care is provided.
• Responsible to address problems of patient care as they arise and makes decisions to appropriately resolve the problems.
• Responsible to Organizes daily work schedule and performs related clerical duties as required.
• Responsible to Assumes responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients in the Radiology area.
• Responsible to Reports equipment failures to the appropriate supervisor or staff member.
• Responsible to Uses independent judgment during the patient exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.
• Responsible to Coordinates work schedule with Departmental Director and/or scheduling desk to assure workload coverage.
• Responsible to Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients.
• Responsible to perform any other task as assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.

Qualification:

• BS Medical Imaging Technology

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
