Description:

• Ensuring that TIH/RTEH campus security code of conduct/confidentiality of sensitive issues are strictly followed and breach will result serious disciplinary action in consultation with HOD & HR. Also ensuring that senior management & security management directives are followed and timely briefed to all on duty security guards.
• Control and monitor on duty security guard /staff (RTEH) deployed/working in campus high risk areas including enclave area and ensures that all campus areas are appropriately covered with security guards in accordance with daily guard schedule.
• Responsible to resolve patients/attendants/visitors/staff problems on occurrence. Seek advice from security management for complex situation.
• Responsible/cooperate with law enforcing agencies(in case of TIH staff involvement) in investigation by prior consultation & approval of security management.
• Responsible to immediate intervene whenever situation demands which is likely to pose threat to life/health or poses threat to TIH staff/equipment of TIH. Notify or communicate to security management for guidance.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably from armed forces
