Description:

Job Responsibilities & Skills:
• Liaisonwith different organizations by using different prospective approach.
• Providing support in arranging/coordinating JobFairs and seminars.
• One-on-Onecounselling session with students on career development
• Assist students in all aspects of the job search includingresume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals.
• Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interviewfacing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
• Performing activities relating to communicationand coordination (within the department and externally), includingcommunication, such as emails, announcements, minutes and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Coordination with team in maintaining discipline and implementing code of conduct within the campus as a routine task.

Skills:
• Basic IT Skills. Excellent use of MS Office applications
• The Terminal degree must be attested from HEC

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in any field from HEC recognized University / Institute.

Experience:
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in University / Educational institutes or any reputable organization would be preferred.
