Description:

Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic bank, operating with a network of more than 980 branches in over 320 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:

• Provide customer service promptly and courteously through various communication channels such as phone, chat, etc.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customers’ complaints related to products and services. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers and guide them effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams such as branches and Head Office departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal (fluent in Urdu & English).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multitasking, working under pressure.
• Patience and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification:
