You will lead Transfer Pricing projects for Dutch multinationals across various sectors and build your own client portfolio. You will work closely with colleagues from the Corporate Tax practice and colleagues both domestically and internationally to deliver clear, practical solutions, and you will coach colleagues to further their growth.
As a Manager Transfer Pricing in the Private Business practice, you will work on tax issues for (operational) Dutch multinationals. We are our clients' sparring partner and help them achieve their strategy. Our clients include family businesses and companies held by private equity (portfolio companies). We are a national business unit, allowing you to collaborate with many different people, but you will have a permanent team at your own office in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, or Eindhoven. You will be part of an inclusive team and work on challenging and meaningful client assignments/projects where your expertise counts. You will utilize the latest technology, including AI tools. We encourage knowledge sharing and offer targeted coaching so you can continue to grow and together we make an impact.
Your key responsibilities include:
- High-quality advising clients with clear and pragmatic Transfer Pricing solutions for complex issues;
- Proactively seeking opportunities and commercial possibilities in the market;
- Building your own network, client relationships, and client portfolio as a basis for further growth;
- Managing the team, coaching, and developing team members in skills and career;
- Contributing to thought leadership and representing PwC with clients and at (industry) events.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You are collaborative, clear, and results-oriented. You lead teams, set priorities, and make decisions. You are energized by complex issues and opt for practical solutions.
- Master's degree (Wo-master) in (fiscal) economics, law, or a related field;
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience as an advisor or in-house tax specialist;
- Demonstrable leadership experience in team development and project management;
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English. Dutch is not a requirement, but a significant plus;
- Commercial mindset with analytical problem-solving skills in changing environments.
