We specifically focus on supporting strategic, business, organizational, and digital transformations for public actors, including central and decentralized administrations, local authorities, or public establishments.
Your missions involve supporting public clients on strategic issues for administration leadership, HR transformation, operational models, and technology for HRDs, and major strategic, business, organizational, and digital transformation projects. We utilize innovative PwC approaches and technologies like design thinking, data analytics, and partner startups to devise solutions and support international clients in their organizational and cultural transformation projects. We also apply best practices in change management, developing specific methods for designing and deploying new digital tools to transform public action.
Key missions include defining and managing organizational, digital, and cultural transformation strategies for public institutions; supporting the modernization of public policies (HR management, performance, digitization of services, change management); and advising leaders on governance, public policies, operational efficiency, citizen relations, or sustainable development. You will also contribute to team development through internal/external communication, strategic reflection (Thought Leadership), business development, responding to calls for tender, developing PwC's Public Sector Workforce offer, strategic monitoring, and creating innovative solutions. This role also involves representing PwC to public authorities, promoting the brand, active networking, contributing to calls for tender, maintaining client relations, and supervising project teams to ensure mission success and stakeholder mobilization, making it a pivotal PwC consulting job in France.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • You are a graduate of an engineering or business school or hold a post-graduate university degree and have at least 10 years of successful experience.
  • Experience in a consulting firm, ideally at a similar grade.
  • You have recognized expertise in change management, particularly in the context of complex public digital transformation.
  • You are familiar with various levels of interlocution, both operational and strategic, and know how to adapt your posture to convince and propose high-impact solutions that meet your clients' concerns.
  • Your curiosity and rigor allow you to apprehend varied, often multi-disciplinary situations, in complex and/or international contexts.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools (collaborative tools, data analysis and/or visualization tools…).
  • You are comfortable working daily in English and French (written and oral).
  • You manage your projects in terms of deliverables and supervision.
  • You contribute with impact to business development and client relations.
  • You take part in the animation and development of the team / practice.
