The PMO Associate supports the operational and reporting needs of FCU delivery teams. This entry-level role focuses on data collection, reporting, tracking, and coordination to ensure projects and managed services engagements operate efficiently and transparently.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited prior experience who are comfortable working with data, reports, and operational metrics in a structured delivery environment. As an Associate, key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports
- Collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple delivery teams and systems
- Tracking key metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance
- Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership
- Supporting project and engagement documentation, including plans, trackers, and logs
- Coordinating with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
- Supporting meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups
- Monitoring basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating when required
- Maintaining organized and audit-ready documentation
- Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure to PMO, operations, analytics, or reporting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn reporting tools, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
