Responsibilities:
Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead and/or participate in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations (greenfield / rollout / upgrade).
- Perform business requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design.
- Developed and led the technical tracks such as:
- BIP, OTBI
- OIC
- PLSQL
- Oracle Forms/Reports
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
Technical Expertise & Development
- Prepare technical design documents (MD70), installation guides, and test results.
- Testing & Deployment
- Participate in CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
- Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
Post Go-Live & Support
- Provide hypercare and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders for continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Interact with business users, IT teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Deliver presentations and communicate solutions effectively.
Mandatory skill sets
- At least one Oracle Technical Certification
- Oracle Fusion certifications will be preferred
Preferred skill sets
- Demonstrated innovative and critical thinking in managing projects.
- In-depth understanding of technical Oracle processes
- Ability to work independently in client-facing roles
Years of experience required
- 8 – 15 years of experience in the Oracle SCM domain.
- Minimum 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS.
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle ERP.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in both implementation and support projects preferred
Education Qualification
- B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field from a well-reputed institution.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA / PGDM in SCM/Operations) is an added advantage.
