This pivotal ESG & Sustainability Consultant role involves developing and executing multi-year
ESG strategy, including pioneering Net Zero strategies and decarbonization pathways for a low carbon economy. The successful candidate will assist clients in creating innovative analytics and solutions to detect, monitor, and predict
ESG risks, encompassing both climate and social risks. Key responsibilities also include executing diverse sustainability consultations, implementing international guidances like TCFD, SBT, SROI, and ISO standards, and strategizing for improved international and domestic
ESG rating (DJSI, CDP, Ecovadis). The position further involves reviewing sustainability reports, providing expert
ESG-related consultation, and performing assurance services on specific
ESG subject matters, emphasizing flexibility in task prioritization, stakeholder communications, and risk management.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 5 years experiences in EH&S related field.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
- Strong research, analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving capabilities.
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge in sustainability and application of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, TCFD, GHG quantification.
- License of ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 is a plus.
