The Airport Inspection & Passenger Survey Associate is responsible for conducting daily washroom inspections and passenger surveys at designated airport locations. The role also involves basic data analysis and reporting, including preparation of monthly presentation materials and participation in client meetings. This role offers opportunities in

Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Inspections & Surveys:
- Conduct routine washroom inspections at assigned airport locations using defined checklists.
- Carry out passenger surveys and collect feedback professionally and accurately.
- Submit inspection and survey data in a timely and complete manner.
- Escalate critical issues observed during inspections where required.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Compile inspection and survey data using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform basic data analysis (summaries, trends, simple charts).
- Prepare monthly reports and presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Client & Internal Engagement:
- Participate in monthly review meetings with clients.
- Present findings, trends and observations clearly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience & Skills:
- Experience in inspections, audits, surveys, fieldwork or operations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, charts).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
