Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role Join our Customer Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland or Pōneke/Wellington, where we partner with organisations to reimagine and digitise their lending and customer onboarding experiences, driving value and delivering lasting outcomes. As an nCino Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions on the nCino platform. You’ll help design and deliver leading-practice solutions tailored to the financial services industry, enabling faster, more efficient, and customer-centric experiences.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 5+ years' experience working across Salesforce and/or nCino, with the ability to design and configure scalable, low-code solutions (preferably within the public sector, Financial Services sector, and/or Utilities sector)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder) or a willingness to work towards these.
- Experience in business analysis within financial services, with an understanding of lending processes such as origination, onboarding, or credit workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Proficiency leveraging AI and proven experiences using AI in a work context.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops and communicating effectively across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within New Zealand as needed.
