PwC is looking for a talented Manager with experience in one or more of the following pillars: Total Access & Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Sales and Patient Engagement. Successful Total Access strategies ensure that patients have timely access to the therapies they need, while strong Regulatory Affairs expertise helps navigate the complex landscape of compliance and approval processes. Integrating Patient Engagement is also crucial, as it empowers patients to actively participate in their healthcare decisions, leading to improved outcomes, better quality of life and patient satisfaction. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

What you’ll learn and do As a Manager for Pharma & Life Sciences (Customer department), your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Support our clients in re-defining or optimising their concepts or processes within their Go-To-Market Strategies across all four pillars: Total Access, & Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Sales and Patient Engagement.
  • Lead projects or project streams enhancing patient’s lives.
  • Bring innovative ideas that drive greater market impact, building creative and efficient systems, roadmaps, and processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including private organisations, public institutions, and healthcare providers, to deliver a personalised and value-driven approach.
  • Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies that consider the unique characteristics of products, brands and market dynamics.
  • Provide solutions that facilitate effective engagement with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Deliver business transformation programs by designing and implementing a value model that aligns with organisational processes, achieving best-in-class solutions.
  • Ensure that your knowledge in Total Access & Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Sales, and Patient Engagement is cutting-edge, incorporating relevant industry insights and healthcare legislation.
  • Conduct assessments of the healthcare landscape to identify new areas of opportunity and strategic partnerships (private and public).
  • Track metrics, analytics and performance reporting methods to measure impact.
  • Engage with the complete healthcare ecosystem – not only with pharmaceutical companies but also with patient organisations, medtech and biotech firms, and governmental institutions, tailoring your approach to each stakeholder’s maturity, scale, and specific needs.
  • Deliver project-based engagements across short-, mid- and long-term timelines, flexibly adapting your scope, structure and resources to meet evolving client needs.
  • Drive structure and clarity into complex, ambiguous client challenges, translating them into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Bring digital savviness and a future-oriented mindset by integrating AI, advanced analytics, and innovative technologies into client solutions, helping organisations adapt to evolving healthcare trends and build sustainable competitive advantage.

Who you are / have:

  • Master’s degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline, marketing experience is a welcome skill.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Total Access & Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Sales or Patient Engagement projects.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Network in the current healthcare ecosystem.
  • Strong health industry knowledge and/or experience working in a medical clinic or hospital environment.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and business development, with the ability to enhance PwC's healthcare impact.
  • Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premises.
  • You lead, inspire and empower your team, you are motivated to grow continuously, you are client-focused and are committed to delivering high-quality work.
