Eligibility / Qualification Required:


  • Age limit: 18 to 28 years (as per Government of Sindh rules; relaxation may apply where admissible). | عمر: 18 کان 28 سال (حڪومت سنڌ جي ضابطن مطابق، رعايت قابلِ اطلاق).
  • Education/Qualification: Intermediate (HSSC) with minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounts/finance work. | تعليمي قابليت: انٽرميڊيٽ (HSSC) ۽ اڪائونٽس/فنانس ۾ گهٽ ۾ گهٽ 3 سال لاڳاپيل تجربو.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience required. | تجربو: گهٽ ۾ گهٽ 3 سال لاڳاپيل تجربو لازمي.
  • Domicile/Quota: Recruitment will follow Government of Sindh quota policy (women, minorities, persons with disabilities, etc.) where applicable. | ڪوٽا: حڪومت سنڌ جي پاليسي موجب ڪوٽا لاڳو ٿيندي.
  • Government employees must apply through proper channel and provide NOC where required. | سرڪاري ملازم مناسب چينل ۽ NOC سان درخواست ڏين.
  • Screening/Testing: Candidates may be required to meet screening test requirements conducted by authorized testing services (e.g., STS / Sukkur IBA), as mentioned in the advertisement. | اسڪريننگ/ٽيسٽ: اشتهار مطابق مجاز ٽيسٽنگ سروس (مثلا STS / سکر IBA) جي گهرجن تي پورو لهڻ ضروري ٿي سگهي ٿو.

Typical Responsibilities:


  • Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bills, and petty cash records.
  • Assist in budget tracking, reconciliation, and audit ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounts officer for routine financial reporting.

  • روزاني ڪم جي ذميواريون: اداري جي ضرورت مطابق آفيس، رڪارڊ، ليب/لائبريري يا اسٽور جا ڪم سنڀالڻ، رجسٽر اپڊيٽ رکڻ، ۽ سينئر عملي کي سپورٽ مهيا ڪرڻ.
