Unlike the classic development path in Audit teams, here you start working immediately in a so-called "Senior" position – which allows for dynamic development and provides the opportunity to regularly acquire the most sought-after skills on the job market. Within the DSA role, we focus on perfecting professional development in Audit and engaging in the implementation of the entire audit project. This will allow you to faster and more effectively not only gain knowledge about audit itself and how companies operate, but also experience in many industries, while utilizing solutions supporting a modern approach to audit project implementation. We are looking for: Developing Senior Associate.
Your future role involves: participation in developing audit strategies and planning Audits (understanding the client and their business strategy, performing risk assessment and contact with decision-makers on the client's side), close cooperation with more experienced experts from audit teams, responsibility for data collection, working on full financial statements and reviewing the work of other team members, cooperation with teams and clients located domestically and abroad, entering an exciting path that will accelerate your development from project to project and guarantee you the opportunity to acquire new skills.
By joining us, you gain: flexible conditions – hybrid work model, flexible start to the day, reduced working hours during low-season (e.g., free Fridays), workation, sabbatical leave, development and upskilling – full team support during the onboarding process, mentoring, training, workshops, financial and substantive support in obtaining certifications (e.g., PIBR, ACCA), study leave and conversations with a native speaker, a broad medical and well-being program – medical care package (including physiotherapy, discounts on dental care), coaching, mindfulness sessions, psychological support, education through dedicated webinars and workshops, financial and legal advisory, the possibility to create an individual benefit plan (choice including lunch pass, insurance package, concierge, pet veterinary package or massages) and access to a cafeteria – including vouchers, discounts on IT devices and car purchase, 3 hours of paid leave per month for volunteering, an additional day off for your birthday, and when you like this place as much as we do, you can recommend friends to PwC.
