Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Possess excellent business application (Business Application) proposal and argumentation skills, able to clearly link complex technical solutions with client business value.
- Possess rich experience in enterprise-level application systems project building and management, especially in the CRM field (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Possess consulting characteristics, skilled at communicating with senior executives, establishing deep client relationships and trust.
- Possess experience in leading teams, capable of leading teams to face challenges, solve problems, and continuously deliver high-quality work results.
