We are looking to incorporate consultants with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team, within the Risk and Regulation area. You will participate in strategic projects for large financial entities (banks, asset managers, insurers, and regulators), where you will be able to: Lead the analysis and interpretation of capital requirements under CRR/CRD, including CET1, Tier 1, Total Capital, and regulatory buffers. Evaluate RWA impacts (credit, market, operational) and propose optimizations of capital consumption and balance sheet structure. Advise on regulatory processes: ICAAP, stress testing, capital planning, and supervisory dialogue (SREP). Coordinate with Risk, Finance, and Reporting areas to ensure methodological consistency, traceability, and regulatory compliance. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration (ADE) or similar. A Master's degree or specialization courses in Finance, Data Science or related areas will be valued.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in consulting or financial risks.
- Personal Competencies: Analytical thinking, teamwork, commitment, communication, and leadership.
- Languages: High level of English.
