Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree (recognized by the HEC) in Computer Science and / or Information Technology and / or Business Administration or relevant field equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute in Pakistan.
- Experience: Experience in Banking and / or Information Technology and / or E-commerce. Minimum 01 year in leading / managing Merchant Acquiring and / or POS and / or P2M Acquiring and / or Payment Acceptance products and solutions.
- Skills / Knowledge:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering innovation on merchant acquiring landscape specially POS acquiring or online acquiring systems.
- Deep understanding of solution development for proximity payment solutions, digital payment infrastructure, and ecosystem development.
- Sound knowledge of fraud prevention in payment systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management.
- Strong written and executive communication.
- Ability to develop and execute strategy for merchant acquiring through QR codes, NFC, POS, Raast P2M, and other payment solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute sound roadmap for digital proximity acquiring business and initiate new innovation initiatives in merchant payment acceptance.
- Ability to develop and execute positioning strategies in the proximity payment market.
- Represent Digital Proximity Wing at all levels.
