Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage Consultants, Contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE performance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Drive risk management, value engineering, and project controls.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15-20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 7-10 years of experience as a Project Director / Head of Projects, directly handling high-rise building Projects.
- Proven experience in Institutional and high-rise developments.
- Experienced in managing the construction of high-rise Building Towers.
- Strong expertise in structural works, finishing works, project management, and contractor coordination.
- Proficiency in project planning and controls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
