Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support large-scale digital and operational transformation initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on modernizing and integrating enterprise systems, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related technology platforms, to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders; and ensuring timely and quality delivery. The role also involves facilitating project meetings, managing risks, tracking progress, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects, with exposure to healthcare systems such as HIS, EMR, or EHR platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or MS Project is required.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in complex system integration projects is highly preferred.
