Job Description:

• Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and Execution:

Plan, organize, and execute blood donation drives across Karachi, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.

• Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations to encourage regular and voluntary donor participation.

• Donor Mobilization Strategies:

Develop and implement effective strategies and outreach initiatives to attract, engage, and retain regular blood donors.

• Marketing and Communication Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and communication team to design and execute awareness campaigns for donor recruitment and retention.

• Monitoring and Reporting:

Track, evaluate, and analyze the performance of donor campaigns and prepare detailed reports and insights for management review.

• Job Requirements:
• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
• Experience: 02-03 years of relevant sales or marketing experience in Healthcare Industry
