Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Advise listed companies on IR best practices, shareholder communication strategies
- Develop and deliver IR workshops, toolkits, and guidance materials for listed issuers
- Build relationships with CFOs, IR teams, and board secretaries across listed companies
- Support the listings pipeline by engaging prospective issuers on IR readiness
- Coordinate with regulators, PR firms, and financial advisors on IR best practices
- Track and benchmark IR quality across listed companies and produce periodic assessments
- Represent at investor days, roadshows, and capital markets events
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, or a related field
- Strong understanding of listed company obligations and best practice IR frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Arabic and English fluency preferred
- CFA, MBA, Institute IR certificate, or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience at an exchange, investment bank, or listed company is highly valued
