Eligibility / Qualification Required:
JOB SUMMARY:This position will be responsible for conducting field visits to various institutional clients, including hospitals, the hotel industry, armed forces, and other corporate or commercial institutions. The incumbent will be required to regularly visit the above-mentioned institutions as per company requirements and management directives from time to time in order to maintain business relationships, identify potential opportunities, and ensure effective coordination and market presence.
Job Description:
- Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
- Update plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
- Visit institutions in accordance with approved weekly visit plan Prepare and submit visit report to immediate supervisor after Field visit.
- Prepare and submit visit report to immediate supervisor after Field visit.
- Make contacts to the procurement officials, purchase departments to promote Master Foam Products.
- Visit institutions to ensure availability of Master Foam Products.
- Keep up with the latest product information supplied by the company.
- Interpret, present and discuss provided data with procurement and purchase managers.
- Develop tactics for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the institutions sector.
- Regularly update Master database institutional contacts & liaison.
- Regularly achieve monthly assignments and Targets.
- Prepare and present zone wise data of institutional sales to the management.
- Monitor competitor activity new product innovations and report to immediate supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Education: BA, BBA, MBA Sales & Marketing or any other equivalent qualification
Experience: 03 to 04 Years of relevant sales experience
