Job Description & Summary Reward & People Analytics at PwC Poland is a team of HR experts. We specialize in, among others: developing the remuneration system and motivational programs functioning in the organization, building and managing variable remuneration mechanisms, and comprehensive analysis of market and internal data. We also participate in the process of budgeting and forecasting human costs, and prepare reports, cost analyses, statements, and other documents for the company's management. We are looking for a Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our team, an excellent opportunity to enhance your career in HR and analytics. Your future role will involve co-creating and developing policies and solutions in the field of compensation and benefits (C&B), leading and participating in C&B projects (including those of a regional nature), and taking responsibility for selected elements of project management (planning, scheduling, progress monitoring). You will be analyzing existing C&B solutions and technologies, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven changes and best market practices. Additionally, you will be preparing analyses and reports (e.g., cost, efficiency, benchmarking) supporting business decisions, monitoring the remuneration and benefits market, and developing expert knowledge in the area of compensation and reward. This role also involves acting as an expert (SME) and partner for business stakeholders in C&B matters, leveraging your expertise in reward management and people analytics.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related field (e.g., HR analytics).
- Established expert knowledge in the area of remuneration and an interest in market trends in this area.
- Experience in leading or co-leading projects and comfort in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to combine an analytical approach with practical implementation of solutions.
- Developed communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Good work organization skills.
- Independence and ability to work in a changing environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written (daily work in an international environment).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and practical knowledge of labor law issues in the area of remuneration.
- Ability to use new technologies and tools (including AI) in daily work (data analysis, automation, material preparation).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international, matrix environment.
- Knowledge of analytical tools used in the C&B area.
