We are looking for a UI/UX Analyst specialized in user interface design and user experience to work in our Delivery Center unit in Piracicaba — Digital Technology Services. Your responsibilities revolve around creating efficient, attractive, and intuitive digital interfaces for users.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. This may involve interviews, data analysis, and usability testing.
- Interface Design (UI): Develop layouts and visual elements of digital interfaces, including screens, buttons, icons, and typography. Ensure visual consistency and appealing aesthetics.
- Information Architecture: Organize and structure content logically and intuitively, facilitating navigation and understanding for users.
- Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and interaction flows before final implementation.
- Usability Testing: Conduct tests with users to evaluate the usability and overall experience of the interface, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work in teams with developers, graphic designers, product managers, and other professionals to ensure effective integration of design and functionality.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Requirements: Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles, design patterns, and market trends.
- Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma (mandatory) or similar.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and data-driven thinking to make informed design decisions.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
