Job Description:
- Provide administrative and operational support for the implementation of TB program activities across all sites.
- Ensure accurate, timely data entry, validation, compilation, and reporting in national and organizational information systems.
- Coordinate with field teams to collect, verify, and follow up on program data, including patient follow-up and lost-to-follow-up (LTFU) cases.
- Maintain organized program documentation, records, correspondence, and data filing systems.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities, data quality assurance, and preparation of routine reports.
- Generating and analyzing data reports including auditing of site level data entry to identify and mitigate errors.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and field activities, including logistics and documentation.
- Monitor inventory of program and data collection tools, registers, and reporting materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of program activities and reporting requirements.
- Support capacity building of field staff on program processes and data reporting tools.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
