Job Description:
- Process and execute vendor and internal payments (bank transfers, cheques, online payments).
- Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify payment details and supporting documents before execution.
- Maintain proper records of all payments and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in payment processing.
- Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes as per Federal Board of Revenue and applicable provincial regulations (e.g., SRB, PRA).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Head of Department.
