This role, a ServiceNow Senior Manager, serves as the technical and operational leader of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, asset management, and process automation. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CMDB, Discovery, IRE, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph.
  • Lead data quality and process improvement projects.
  • Automate ITSM, GRC, front/back office operations.
  • Act as a technical leader in global transformation projects.
  • Develop technical presentations and communications for stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years in IT Operations, quality control, and process improvement roles.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (Event Management, ITSM, Discovery), ITIL v4.
  • Experience with CSDM v3 and enterprise automation environments.
  • Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in IT or similar field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Additional Requirements:

  • Understanding of the importance of correct information management.
  • Knowledge in information security and data protection.
  • Correct management of information security.
