PwC Legal is seeking a Public Law Lawyer to join their team as soon as possible, preferably in their Antwerp or Brussels Offices. This role offers an opportunity to be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team of over 70 passionate lawyers, working together to provide clients with end-to-end legal solutions.
As a Public Law Lawyer, you will strengthen the Public Law Team within domains related to public procurement, (public) real estate, and IT Projects. You will also work on transformation projects for public entities, helping them optimize their functioning. Responsibilities include offering clients a wide range of legal services such as legal advice, contract drafting, litigation, creating legal business cases for new projects, and assisting with negotiations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within PwC Legal and its growing network of over 3,500 lawyers across 95 countries, leveraging the latest AI tools to deliver future-proof services.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You hold a Belgian master’s degree in Law.
- Ideally, you have relevant experience as a lawyer of at least 2 years and a maximum of 4 years.
- You appreciate a broad range of legal services, particularly contractual work.
- You possess excellent legal and language skills.
- You understand what it means to provide legal services at high standards.
- You are fluent in Dutch, have an excellent level of English, and a good knowledge of French.
- You demonstrate interest in developing your AI skills to make legal services future-proof.
- You are enthusiastic about investing in business development and contributing to the growth of the team through both billable and non-billable work.
- You are keen to grow personally and professionally within a team of like-minded individuals.
- You are a flexible team player with strong organizational talent and a proactive approach.
- You are ready to take on extra responsibilities.
